Join the Navenby Plough Jags as they tour Navenby to celebrate Plough Sunday. With performances by local young people in the afternoon and a tour of pubs from the adult team in the evening. More details coming soon.

Workshops

We are excited to present a series of summer workshops at Mrs Smith’s Cottage. These workshops are a chance for local artists, creatives and makers to share their skills, and an opportunity to spend time with friends or family while sparking your creative side.

Activities are accessible for all, however support will be needed for young children or those with mobility issues.

These workshops have been in part funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of our restoration and reinterpretation project. Allowing us to offer them to you at a subsidised ticket cost!

Dunston Community Garden Talk

26 September @ 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Free access to the talk in the garden is free, standard admission to the cottage applies if you want to have alook around

Join one of the founders of the Dunston community garden for a short talk about their garden project. A great change to get to know a local community gardening group, get inspired for your garden at home, and learn more about how start community gardening projects.
